Mini Musing; Anxiety and Time-Travel

Perhaps it was Thich Nhat Hanh who said that if you are anxious, that it is because you are not here, that you are either projecting yourself into the future, which hasn’t arrived, or the past, which has gone.

The only moment you can truly hold is the one you’re in.  What does the present feel like?  What does it taste like, smell like, what do you see, right here, where You are?
