If this month’s book had a physical form, it would be well worn, dog-eared and covered in highlights and notes. I’ve probably read it cover to cover at least twice, and dipped into it at random for inspiration innumerable times. Tosha Silver’s Outrageous Openness is a collection of stories containing more than a hint of the Divine. Through her tales, Silver bring the spiritual into every aspect of life, great and small, showing how allowing Spirit to permeate your entire being can change you life in sundry ways.
Silver’s book has afforded me a more relaxed and positive outlook, a more easily accessed sense of inner quiet and tools to tame my not-so-inner control freak. No matter your religion or lack thereof, this witty, poignant book is well worth a read.
